胃肠道肿瘤手术中的加速康复外科治疗进展 被引量：9

摘要 加速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念的核心是在术前、术中及术后应用各种已证实有效的方法减少手术应激及并发症,加速患者术后的康复.相关研究已经显示其可以明显缩短住院日、减少并发症、降低再住院率,而不影响安全性,并对器官功能有保护及促进作用.经过近十年的发展,FTS已得到了医学界的广泛认可.目前FTS已在普外、骨科、泌尿外科、妇科、心血管外科、胸外科等领域中的多种疾病中成功应用.随着围手术期病理生理系列基础研究、各学科的发展及多学科协作诊治模式平台的建立,许多传统外科理念亦正在经受着挑战与革新.
