重叠综合征的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是常见的肺疾病,它们可能存在共同的病理生理机制,因此,有一部分人可同时合并有SAHS和COPD,Flenley称之为重叠综合征[1].重叠综合征较单纯的SAHS或COPD患者有更严重的夜间低氧血症和高碳酸血症,使得患者更容易发生肺动脉高压.
