应用废弃手、足部组织形成游离皮瓣修复手部创面 被引量：5

摘要 随着工业的快速发展,手外伤的程度复杂而多样,常有部分断指或组织块虽较完整但无条件原位修复而废弃,而伤手其他部位伴有皮肤缺损需要修复,则可利用废弃的断指或组织块形成游离皮瓣修复手部的组织缺损,有时为了满足患者的要求,部分创面需要供区移植组织来完成修复[1-3],如供区组织不能得到充分利用,则造成剩余浪费.自2006年5月至2010年3月,我科采用废弃手足指(趾)组织形成游离皮瓣修复手部创面16例,取得了良好效果,现报道如下.
