高龄患者极晚期支架内血栓二例 被引量：1

摘要 病例1:患者男,85岁,因'发作性胸闷19年余,加重2 h'于2010年1月31日入院.19年前出现劳累后胸闷在我院诊断为'冠心病',长期口服药物治疗.2006年11月症状加重住院,行冠状动脉造影,提示前降支近段弥漫性狭窄80%,远段弥漫性狭窄75%,分别植入2枚支架(西罗莫司药物涂层支架Cypher,3.0 mm×28 mm、2.5 mm×33 mm),术后正规双联抗血小板治疗1年以上,改为口服阿司匹林100 mg每日1次,坚持规范冠心病二级防治.
