胸主动脉假性动脉瘤破入肺内所致咯血三例 被引量：2

摘要 例1,男,45岁,因间断发热5 d,咯血3 d,腹痛、呼吸困难半天而入院.该患者缘于5 d前因着凉后出现发热,体温最高达39.7 ℃,伴有咳嗽、咳黄痰.2 d前无明显诱因出现咯血,量约120 ml,就诊于当地县医院,诊断为'肺炎',给予抗炎治疗(具体用药不详),1 d前出现持续性上腹痛,性质为刀割样,同时伴有呼吸困难,遂来我院就诊.
