重视胃肠道间质瘤的内镜下诊治 被引量：7

摘要 胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)是消化道最常见的间叶源性肿瘤.目前认为所有的GIST皆具有潜在恶性,其生物学行为难以预测,外科手术和腹腔镜切除一直以来被作为主要的根治手段.近年来,消化内镜技术的发展,尤其是超声内镜(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)和内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)的广泛开展,使GIST的内镜下诊断和治疗成为可能.
