腹腔镜结肠癌全系膜切除的临床实践 被引量：3

摘要 近年来,结直肠癌在我国的发病率有增高的趋势.发病原因与遗传、结肠腺瘤、息肉病、慢性炎症性病变、少纤维、高脂肪饮食习惯等有一定关系.结肠癌起病隐匿,在疾病的早期常无明显的症状,病情发展较慢,出现明显的临床表现时大多已到了中晚期,死亡率仅次于肺癌和肝癌,占我国恶性肿瘤第三位.可以说结肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是危害人类健康的杀手.尽管放化疗不断进步,但是手术治疗仍是目前治疗结直肠癌的首选方法.
