肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎个体化诊治方案的临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎(granulomatous lobular mastitis,GLM)是一种少见的局限于乳腺小叶的慢性炎症性疾病.本病由Kessler等[1]于1972年首次报道,国内于1986年首先由戚沛霖[2]和马国华[3]分别报道1例和6例.1986年以后才引起国内学者的注意,至2008年国内期刊报道共有291例,目前报道最多不会超过500例.本课题依据GLM病因复杂、临床表现无特异性、治疗不规范、目前尚无统一的个体化诊治指南的实际情况,搜集整理经手术治疗、组织病理学检查证实为肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的89例病例资料,进行回顾性分析研究,取得研究结果,现报道如下.
