中国西南煤炭资源开发及水资源水环境相关问题研究 被引量:1

摘要 中国西南地区地形起伏大、切割深、地质构造复杂、地貌类型多样、土壤贫瘠、成壤条件差,加之西部经济大规模崛起进程中,煤炭资源探、采力度加大,对水资源水环境造成不同程度的影响和破坏。西南原本水资源匮乏、干旱洪涝频发、水环境脆弱,加之极端气候和大规模煤炭资源探采,水资源与水环境问题日益突出。系统探索中国西南煤炭资源开发与水相关的正、负效应,结合绿色煤业、煤矿矿山地质公园和煤矿地质遗迹、水资源开发与水环境保护的战略思路,强调煤与水均属基础性、战略性资源,针对西南煤炭基地特征,为水资源开发利用模式和水环境保护提供技术支撑。 In southwest China,the undulating terrain,cutting deep,complex geological structure,various types of landforms,barren and poor soils,poor pedogenesis,together with the massive rise of the process of the western economy,coal resource exploration,mining intensified and water resources and caused varying degrees of impact and destruction on water resources and environment.In the area,original water resouces scarcity,drought and flood prone,water environment vulnerable,togther with extreme climate and large-scale coal resources exploration and mining,the water resources and water environmental problems have become increasingly obvious.System exploration on coal resource development and water-related positive and negative effect,combined with strategy of green coal,coal mine geological park and mine geological heritage,water resources development and protection of the water environment,it emphasizes that coal and water are basic resources,aiming at characteristics of coal in southwest of China,it provides technical support for development and utilization of water resources and protection of the water environment.
