大豆异黄酮对吉林市健康成年男性血脂的影响

摘要 目的了解吉林市健康成年男性膳食异黄酮摄入量与血脂的关系。方法用膳食记录法调查710名20~60岁吉林市部分健康成年男性膳食摄入量,进行体格检查,抽取空腹清晨静脉血测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果 710名男性大豆异黄酮摄入量为19.8 mg/d。按照异黄酮摄入量将研究对象分低、中、高3组,摄入量分别为(4.2±2.8)mg/d,(13.8±2.5)mg/d和(39.5±17.2)mg/d,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。控制BMI、能量,脂肪供能比之后,3组间TC(P=0.004)和LDL-C(P=0.000 6)差异有统计学意义。结论膳食大豆异黄酮摄入量有助于健康男性血脂改善。 Objective To evaluate the effects of isoflavone intakes on blood lipid levels in a sample of 710 males living in Jilin City in an age range of 20~60 years old.Methods The dietary isoflavone and nutrient intake were assessed with 3-day's food records and TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and TG were measured with colorimetry.Results he isoflavone intake was 19.8mg/d among 710 males.According to total isoflavone intake the subjects were divided into 3 groups taking(4.2±2.8)mg/d,(13.8±2.5)mg/d,(39.5±17.2)mg/d respectively and significantly difference were observed among 3 grpups(P<0.000 1).After adjusting BMI,total energy and percentage energy from fat,there were still significantly difference in TC and LDL-C among the 3 groups(P=0.004 and P=0.000 6).Conclusion Dietary soy isoflavone intake may have beneficial effects on blood lipid in adult male.
