山楂黄酮对微波辐射大鼠抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究山楂黄酮对微波辐射大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法 36只Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组:空白对照组、辐射组、辐射给药组,其中辐射组与辐射给药组给予辐射,辐射给药组给予山楂黄酮灌胃,其他两组给予等量生理盐水灌胃对照,连续14 d。最终测定血清抑制羟自由基能力(OH-)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、抗超氧阴离子(O2-)活力、总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、微量丙二醛(MDA)含量和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果辐射组血清抑制OH-能力、T-AOC、抗O2-活力、总SOD活力显著低于辐射给药组与空白对照组(P<0.01),辐射组血清微量MDA和NO含量显著高于辐射给药组和空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论山楂黄酮对微波辐射损伤有一定的抗氧化作用,作为防护微波辐射的保健品和药物具有良好的前景。 Objective To investigate the anti-oxidant property of hawthorn flavones on the microwave radiant rats.Methods 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group,radiation group and therapy group,and the latter two groups were both given radiaton.The therapy group was administered intragastrically hawthorn flavones,the rest two were rendered the same amount of saline in the same way.The whole process lasted 14 days.Then the serum inhibit hydroxyl radicals(OH-) ability,total antioxidant ability(T-AOC),total superoxide dismutase vitalit(SOD),trace malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide content,fight superoxide vigor(O-2) were detected.Results The serum inhibit OH-,T-AOC,SOD,trace MDA of the rats in the radiation group were more lower than those in blank control group and the therapy group(P<0.01),and the nitric oxide content and fight superoxide vigor were much higher than those in blank control group and the therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusion The hawthorn flavones have anti-oxidant effects on the microwave radiant impairment in rats.
