放射性^(131)I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症132例短期疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的短期疗效。方法 132例甲亢患者,根据甲状腺重量、甲状腺最高摄131I率并结合患者的病程、甲状腺摄131I试验有效半衰期、血甲状腺激素水平等因素确定131I治疗剂量,采用空腹一次性口服碘化钠(131I),131I治疗后每1~3个月随访复查T3、T4、TSH等变化。结果 132例甲亢患者经131I治疗后半年66.7%治愈,19.7%好转,3.8%无效,2.3%复发,14.4%发生甲减。结论放射性131I是治疗甲亢疗效肯定的方法,需要综合考虑多种因素确定剂量,尽可能避免甲减。
