摘要
随着油田开发逐渐向二、三类层转移,压裂工艺难度进一步增大,并且这类井由于层位非常分散,层间差异较大,笼统压裂不能有效的改造薄、差层,且难以达到理想的经济效果。为了有针对性的改造所有层产能,提高开发效果,必须实施精细分层压裂工艺。通过分析研究,完善配套了Y221-110、Y221-110+Y241-110封隔器分层压裂管柱及配套工具,该项工艺技术是根据压裂目的层段结构、储层构造、特性,采用单级或双级压裂封隔器及配套工具组成,来实现分层压裂。该工艺技术成功实施满足了我厂精细分层压裂施工的需要。
With the oilfield development gradually to two or three layer transfer,fracturing technology difficulty is further increased,and this kind of well because the horizon is very fragmented,with large interlayer difference,general fracturing can not effectively transform thin,poor layer,and it is difficult to achieve ideal economic effect.In order to targeted for transformation of all layers of productivity,improve development effect,must carry out fine of separate layer fracturing technology.Through analysis and research,improve the supporting Y221-110,Y221-110 + Y241-110 packer separate-layer fracturing pipe column and the supporting tools,this technology is based on the fracturing purposes layer segment structure,reservoir structure,characteristics,using a single stage or two stage fracturing packer and supporting tools,to realize layered fracturing.The technology successfully meet my factory finely stratified fracturing construction needs.
