摘要
小型风力发电机目前面临的最大难题是其安全性、可靠性和制动的平稳性问题,即大风时的超速保护。本文介绍了一种当转速大于转速最值时,利用短路定子三相绕组,通过PID算法控制。不仅能够使转速可靠地降下来,而且能够实现小型风力发电机制动过程光滑而平稳的方法。控制方法简单,实现小型风力发电机平稳性制动。制动控制的核心是单片机,结构简单,制动的平稳性容易实现,经济且编程简单。
The biggest problem facing small-type wind turbine generator at present is that reliability,security and breaking smoothly and steadiely,which is the protection problem of overspeed during strong wind.This paper has summarized the situation of overspeed protection technology of domestic fans and introduced a method of using shorting three-phase stator windings,it can not only make speed reliably come down,but also can realize small wind generators braking process smooth and steady method.The control method is simple,small-type wind turbine generator braking smoothly and steadiely be realized.Braking control that is the core of single-chip microcomputer,the structure is simple,braking stability,economic and easy to implement simple programming.
