摘要
研究了环丙沙星在醋酸 -醋酸钠缓冲溶液 (pH =3 80 )中的荧光行为 ,考察了酸度、温度和放置时间对荧光强度的影响 .结果表明 ,在本实验条件下其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为 2 86nm和 45 2nm ,浓度在 0 0 5~ 0 61mg/L范围内与荧光强度 (F)呈线性关系 (F =12 9 5 7c +4 80 4,R2 =0 9994) .用荧光法测定滴眼液和片剂实样中环丙沙星的含量 ,进行回收率测定实验 ,得到其回收率在 10 2 %~ 10
Fluorescence characteristics of ciprofloxacin were determined in the experiment.In the medium of HAc_NaAc buffer solution(pH=3 80),ciprofloxacin has strong fluormetric characteristics at excitation wavelength λ ex =286nm and emission wavelength λ em =452nm.The relationship of concentration of ciprofloxacin with intensity in the range of 0 05—0 61mg/L is linear(F=128 57c+4 804,r=0 9994).The method was applied to determine the content of ciprofloxacin in drugs and got satisfactory results.The rate of recovery is 102%~108%.
