文化市场是连接人们文化需要与文化生产的主要通道。要繁荣文化市场 ,找准政府在文化市场管理中的角色定位是一个关键问题。组建并强化文化市场行业协会应该能够成为文化市场管理体制进一步改革的突破口 。
The culture market is the main channel connecting peoples cultural needs and cultural production.To make culture market prosperous,the key problem is to make sure where the government should be in the culture market management.The construction and strengthening of culture market professional associations should be the breakthrough point for the further reform of the culture market management system while it is most essential and urgent to build up and amplify the law and regulations stipulated by all participants in the culture market.
