增城市城市规划管理信息系统建设与启示

The Construction and Revelation of Urban Planning and Management Information System of Zengcheng City

由于资金和技术水平等差异,中小城市不宜采取大城市规划管理信息系统的建设模式。文章以增城市为为例,在分析其建设规划管理信息系统的优势和劣势的基础上,从系统的建设原则、需求、体系、数据库建设、效果等方面阐述了增城市如何从满足本地规划管理流程的需求出发建设一套适用的规划管理信息系统,丰富了国内有关中小城市规划管理信息系统建设的研究,为其他中小城市的规划管理信息系统建设提供发展借鉴,认为中小城市应该从自身实际条件出发,综合考虑当前实际需求与未来发展趋势,以有限的投入发挥出最佳的效益。

It's not applicable for small and medium sized cities to directly adopt the construction modes of urban planning and management information system of large cities due to their differences in funds and technological level.Taking Zengcheng city as a case study,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of its construction of planning and management information system,this paper elaborates on the construction of applicable planning and management information system meeting the need of local planning and management from the point of view of system construction principal,requirement,framework,effect and database establishment,which contributes to the study of small and medium sized city planning and management construction and provides useful references to the construction of planning and management information system in other small and medium sized cities.It concludes that small and medium sized cities should strive for the best effectiveness with limited investment based on their practical condition in the light of future developing trend and current actual requirement.
