摘要
随着信息技术的发展,规划管理部门多采用规划管理信息系统进行城乡建设审批工作。本文结合国内外GIS,MIS领域的最新研究成果与发展方向,从平台功能、网络安全等方面设计开发平台模式的村镇规划管理信息系统。
With the development of information technology,the planning administrative departments use planning management information system for the examination and appoval of urban and rural construction work.Based on the latest development of GIS,MIS at home and abroad,this paper develops town and village planning and management system from the point of view of platform function and network security.
