摘要
海洋地名是国家海洋权益的一种体现。加强海洋地名的整理和规范,基于GIS开展海洋地名的可视化发布,是争取和维护海洋权益的手段之一。本文介绍了海洋地名相关的机构和背景,论述了海洋地名整编工作的思路,讨论了GIS在海洋地名整理中的应用,并开发了基于Google Map的网络GIS平台,为我国后续的海域与海底地名命名和更新、地名审核与发布共享提供了一种可以借鉴的信息化方式。
Marine feature names is a reflection of the national maritime rights and interests.to strengthen marine place names finishing and norms based on a visual publishing GIS,is one of the means to strive and safeguard its maritime rights and interests.This article describes the marine feature names related institutions and background,and discusses the idea for compiling the marine place names,to discuss the application of GIS in marine feature names finishing,and the development of Google Map-based GIS platform.This platform provides a reference for the issues in naming,updating,auditing and publishing of the marine feature names.
