摘要
以济南市为例,以适宜性理论为基础对济南市城市土地利用生态环境功能区进行了适宜性评价。并以MapInfo为平台,运用MapBasic语言进行二次开发,编写相关应用模块,将GIS技术应用于城市土地利用生态环境功能区适宜度评价。评价中运用改进的层次分析法确定评价因子的权重,同时利用GIS强大的空间分析和图形操作功能,将图形数据和属性数据统一管理,加强了评价的整体性和准确性,其评价结果可为济南城市发展规划与用地布局提供科学的理论依据。
In this study,we carry out the suitability assessment on the urban land's usage of ecological function area based on the suitability theory,taking Jinan city,Shandong Province as an example.We use MapBasic to write the relevant application modules based on MapInfo and apply GIS technology to suitability assessment of urban land's usage of ecological function area.We use the improved analytical hierarchy process to determine the index weight.Additionally,by taking the usage of the functions-powerful spatial analysis and graphics operation of GIS,we can manage the graphic data and property data in a unified sense.As a consequence,it strengthens the integrity and accuracy of the evaluation,and the results can provide scientific theory basis for the urban development planning and land planning of Jinan city.
