摘要
介绍化学纤维的现代分析方法,重点为纤维分析的最新尖端技术。分析技术广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和透射电镜显微术(TEM)除了能获得高分子纤维中结构形成基本原理的新信息外,在实际应用中也有巨大价值。对于工业而言,这些方法支持新化学纤维材料的过程开发,也可用于生产后的质量控制。
Modern methods for analyzing man-made fibers will be presented, focusing on the most recent and sophisticated techniques of fiber analysis. Beside gathering new information about fundamental principles of structure formation in polymeric fibers, the analysis techniques [wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM)] are also of great value for practical applications. For the industry, these methods support the process development for new man-made fiber materials and can also be used for quality control after production.
