摘要
以4-氟苯胺为起始原料,先用一锅法将氨基进行保护并进行硝化,再用9 mol/L盐酸去乙酰化保护后,选用Raney镍还原制得4-氟-1,2-苯二胺。总收率为68.6%,产品经1H NMR和MS表征。本合成工艺提高了反应收率,降低了生产成本,增加了反应的稳定性,有利于工业化生产。
4-Fluorobenzene-1,2-diamine was synthesized via three steps in an overall yield of 68.6% using 4fluoroaniline as the starting material.The structure of the product was identified with 1H NMR and MS.This new process is more suitable for industrial production because of its higher yield,lower cost and higher stability.
