摘要
针对径流式小水电出力具有一定的随机波动性,其不确定性致使系统存在安全风险,运用鲁棒优化理论,考虑盒式不确定集合刻画出力的不确定性,在传统安全经济调度模型基础上,建立了一定安全约束下的鲁棒优化安全经济调度模型。为便于求解,采用对偶理论,将安全约束条件中不确定量转化为确定量,得到易求解的计算模型。IEEE-30节点系统仿真,得出了不同波动值下的安全经济调度值,说明了该方法的可行性。
The small runoff hydropower output has random fluctuation which has security risks to the system.Considering the depicted uncertain output of cassette collection,based on the traditional security economic dispatch model,using robust optimization theory,this paper establishes certain security constrained robust optimization of security economic model.To facilitate the computation,the optimizing duality theory is used to convert uncertain security constrained into definite quantity.Ultimately,the model gets the easy solution calculation form.IEEE-30 system shows that different value of disturbance can obtain different security economic dispatch value,which indicates the effectiveness of the method.
