摘要
分别利用十二烷基苯磺酸钠、C9脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚制得润湿性煤尘抑制剂,采用正向渗透法对其润湿性能进行测试.结果表明,煤尘抑制剂降低了水的表面张力,增加煤尘的润湿性能,这不仅与表面张力的大小有关,还与表面活性剂的结构有关.随着煤尘抑制剂浓度的增大,溶液渗透到5 cm处所需要的时间最短.润湿性煤尘抑制剂的抑尘率在240 h内都可保持在95%以上,拟尘效果可达3~5个月.火电厂中,因为煤堆储量很大,对于较大颗粒可用挡风抑尘网来抑制煤尘,对于小颗粒煤尘适宜用润湿性煤尘抑制剂,具有较好的推广前景.
A novel coal dust depressor was prepared by sodium dodecyl benzene and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether of two surfactant with water.Wetting property were tested by downward penetration.The result shows that surface tension is distinctly depressed by adding surfactant and penetration capability of coal dust is increased.Penetration capability has relationship not only to surface tension but also to configuration of surfactants.The coal dust depressor of concentration higher and wetting to 5cm would be short time.The dust suppression rate is more than 95% in 240 hours under 7 level of the blowing wind.The coal dust depressor of wetting could be applied to evaluate the effect for using in electric power plant.
