摘要
二氧化钛(TiO2)具有稳定的化学性质,强还原性,无毒害,难溶于水,因此被广泛应用于催化氧化降解中.超声波降解技术较光降解技术优越在于:对非透明物质有强穿透力,不受介质的条件约束.实验通过水解法以四氯化钛(TiCl4)为钛源制备纳米TiO2粉末,以纳米TiO2粉末为催化剂,研究了各种因素对超声波降解玫瑰红的影响.影响降解效果的主要因素有:催化剂的加入量、降解液的pH值、降解液的初始浓度等.实验结果表明:催化剂用量为0.5 g/L,超声波频率25 kHz,输出功率600 W,pH为8.5,初始浓度为20 mg/L,温度保持在20℃时,纳米TiO2粉末超声催化降解玫瑰红效果显著.
Titanium dioxide has a stable chemical properties and strong reduction,non-toxic and insoluble in water,so that it is widely used in catalytic oxidation degradation.The ultrasonic degradation technique is superior than photodegradation technology:it has a strong penetration of non-transparent material,free from the constraints of the medium.The experimental prepared the Titanium dioxide with titanium tetrachloride as the titanium source by the hydrolysis.TiO2 was used as catalyst,studying the factors of sonocatalytic degradation rose Bengal with TiO2 by ultrasonic wave.The main factors are:TiO2 power adding amount,initial concentration of rose Bengal,initial pH of rose Bengal and so on.The experimental results show that the best degradation ratio of rose Bengal can be obtained when the experimental conditions of nanometer anatase TiO2 adding amount of 0.5 g/L,ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz,output power of 600 W,pH=8.5,initial rose Bengal concentration of 20 mg/L and 20℃ within 120 min were adopted.
