摘要
基于配置FANUC 0i-TC数控系统的数控车床维修实验台,研究了数控机床的PMC梯形图程序设计方法,并将编写的梯形图程序在该实验台上进行了验证.实验结果表明:所设计的PMC程序达到了对数控机床的控制要求.
Based on maintenance test table of CNC lathe with FANUC 0i-TC system,programming method of PLC ladder diagram is researched,and PLC ladder-diagram program is verified in the experimental platform.The experimental results show that the PLC program designed to achieve the CNC control requirements.
