摘要
科技人才通过知识溢出促进区域经济的增长,人才势差的存在是知识溢出的前提条件,消化吸收能力和投入水平决定了知识溢出量。科技人才拥有的科技要素通过技术溢出促进区域经济发展,科技要素技术转移促进社会财富增长,促进区域经济发展。
Scientific and technological talents promote regional economic growth through knowledge overflow,which presupposes the existence of talent potential difference and is quantitatively determined by digestion and absorption capacity and the level of inputs.The technological elements promote regional economic development through technology spillovers,and their technology transfer promote the growth of social wealth and regional economy.
