Objective effect on the treatment of bladder tumors after resection of urinary bladder tumor and plasma (PKRBT) and transurethral bladder tumor transurethral surgery (TURBT). Methods: 90 patients from our hospital from February 2009 to January 2011, were randomly divided into two groups--TURBT combination PKRBT group in which the the TURBT group of 50 patients, tumor diameter (20 ± 6) mm; T132 cases, T218, G130 cases, G220 cases; 20 cases of patients with multiple tumors, tumors of the bladder wall of 19 patients. PKRBT group of 40 patients, tumor diameter (17 ± 9) mm, T122 cases, T218, G120, G220; including 17 patients with multiple tumors, tumors of 15 patients with bladder wall. Surgery patients, operative time, blood loss, whether it occurred the obturator reflex recurrence within two years after surgery for statistical analysis. Results: The patients in the surgery, no cases of transfusion and complications T132, T218 cases, G130 Example, G220, cases; including 20 patients with multiple tumors, tumors of 19 patients with bladder wall. Operative time (24.5 ± 10.2), PKRBT group intraoperative blood loss (40 ± 21) ml, the recurrence rate was 40% in two years. TURBT group operative time (25.9 ± 9.0), blood loss during surgery (48 ± 25), the recurrence rate was 38% within two years. The two groups were not statistically significant by comparison. Conclusion: PKRBT is a relatively safe and effective surgery repeated, using saline flushing high security at a low temperature cutting, the wound no naphthalene gamma; cutting more accurate, has a good hemostatic effect.
