丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼用于无痛人流术效果观察

目的:比较丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼或芬太尼对无痛人流术的临床方法、效果及安全性。方法:选择150例择期行无痛人流术患者,随机分为A、B组,A组缓慢静注0.1μg/kg舒芬太尼,3min后缓慢静注丙泊酚1.5～2mg/kg,B组缓慢静注1μg/kg芬太尼,3min后缓慢静注丙泊酚1.5～2mg/kg,观察不同时间点的呼吸、循环变化及不良反应,记录入睡时间、苏醒时间、麻醉药用量。结果:患者呼吸循环稳定,各时间点血压、心率、呼吸比较两组无显著性差异。恶心呕吐发生情况两组无显著性差异。A组入睡时间、苏醒时间均短于B组(P<0.05);丙泊酚用量较B组减少(P<0.05),术中体动、术后宫缩痛发生率较B组更低(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合小剂量舒芬太尼,用于无痛人流术效果优且不良反应少,术后清醒快,患者满意率高,麻醉更安全。

objective:Comparative propofol compound small dose of sufentanil or fentanyl in painless abortions during the operation, the application of clinical effect, safety and dose.Methods:A total of 150 patients with option forward line painless abortions technique the patients were randomly divided into A,B group,A group of slow static note 0.1 μg/kg sufentanil,3min slowly after static note propofol 1.5～2mg/kg,Group B slow static note 1 μ g/kg fentanyl,3 min slowly after static note propofol1.5～2mg/ kg,at different time point breathing, circulation change and the occurrence of adverse reactions, and at the same time record sleep time, revival time,drug dosage.Results:Propofol compound small dose of sufentanil or fentanyl used in painless abortions surgery, patients with respiratory cycle stability,each time point blood pressure, heart rate, breathing compared between the two groups without significant difference.Nausea and vomiting occurrence there was no significant difference in two groups.A group of sleep time, revival time are short in group B (P<0.05)A group of propofol group B dosage is reduced (P<0.05),A group of art body moving, operation imperial harem or seraglio contraction pain than group B incidence rate lower (P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol compound small dose of sufentanil,use in painless abortions surgery patients breathe cycle stability,the effect optimal and fewer side effects, postoperative awake quickly,patients satisfaction rate is high, the anesthesia more safety.
