摘要
以红曲为主要成分的药品已成为市场份额最大的降血脂天然药物.采用95%的乙醇对红曲进行浸提,经薄层色谱、氧化铝柱层析和硅胶柱层析等分离纯化手段,从红曲中分离得到三种重要活性成分.经高效液相色谱、红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振确认所得三种化合物分别为麦角甾醇、洛伐他汀和豆甾醇.其中具有降血脂活性的豆甾醇为首次从红曲中分离得到,说明洛伐他汀并非红曲中唯一的降脂成分.
The medicines which are mainly composed of red fermented rice have occupied the biggest market share of natural medicines in antihyperlipidemics.Red fermented rice is extracted by 95% ethanol,and three main components are separated and obtained by thin layer chromatography,neutral alumina column chromatography and silicagel column chromatography.The three compounds are identified as ergosterol,lovastatin and stigmasterol by HPLC,IR,MS and NMR.The stigmasterol is isolated from red fermented rice for the first time,which is known as an active ingredient in antihyperlipidemics.The results indicate that lovastatin is not the only active component in red fermented rice that reduces blood-lipid level.
