发电厂单机运行机组停炉不停机的处理要点

对于单机运行的机组,如果发生停炉、停机事故,由于运行方式特殊,不仅给事故处理带来困难,而且还造成公用系统用户停电、停汽,网购电量大增;因此,对于单机运行的机组,保证其安全连续运行尤为重要。近年来,由于煤质下降及掺配煤泥工作的积极开展,锅炉发生熄火的概率大大提高,应采取必要措施,提高单机运行停炉不停机的成功率;在分析机组单机运行锅炉发生熄火后的技术条件,提出保证汽轮机不停机的处理要点,以提高机组运行的可靠性。
