随着ERP项目在供电企业的基本上线与应用,供电企业对电力工程项目管理,特别是其中的物资需求、采购、出入库、财务核算等方面工作提出了全面的管理标准,并通过ERP平台逐步规范了这些工作流程与工作标准。为了配合ERP系统平台的运用,基于ERP开发了1套新型的电力工程物资管理信息系统,以保证按时、按质、按量完成工程施工任务。开发的系统以单项工程为主线,严格规范工程用料流程,对材料的需求、用料、领用、回收、报废全程紧密跟踪,通过定制开发一系列与ERP系统紧密接口的管理流程,配合ERP系统实现对物资管理所需各项功能,以更好地适应国某电网公司物资考核管理新要求,满足供电企业物资管理信息化提升需要。
