考虑电网谐波影响的电容器优化投切策略

摘要 配电网电容器的投切会影响谐波在电网中的传播,甚至会引起谐波的放大和谐振,针对此问题,提出1种在谐波影响下计及电容器投切代价的配电网电容器优化投切控制模型以及谐波下电容器临界补偿容量的概念,该模型能有效的控制设备动作次数,并避免电容器投切过程中的谐振现象。同时提出1种基于遗传算法和禁忌搜索算法相结合的混合算法,该算法能加快收敛速度,减少随机解的影响,并用混合算法对1个18节点配电网实例进行仿真,结果表明该模型符合实际,提出的策略和方法具有较好的实时性和实用性。 For distribution network,the level of the harmonic distortion is determined not only by the location of the network nodes and amounts of harmonic sources,but also by capacitor configuration.Under some serious condition,harmonic resonance may be incurred.To solve this problem,a new strategy of the optimal capacitor switching in distribution system is proposed to control the equipments operating frequency and avoid harmonic resonance.This paper also proposed a new algorithm based Genetic Algorithm and TS Algorithm,which is used to speed up the progress of convergence and reduce the influence of stochastic results.At last,an 18-bus distribution network is simulated based on the mixed algorithm as an example,the simulation results prove the validity and veracity of the algorithm,it can be used in practice.The strategy and the algorithm mentioned in this paper have wonderful real-time ability and practicality,meets the needs of the online optimization,also gain satisfying results.
