地方院校开放性实验室建设与管理模式改革探究

Reformation on Management Mode in the Construction of Opening Laboratory of Local Universities

开放性实验室经过十余年的建设取得了较大的进展,但地方院校开放性实验室的建设和管理由于科研环境、资金、人员、设备等条件的限制仍存在诸多不足.本文针对地方院校开放性实验室现存的问题,对实验室的建设和管理提出了改革措施和建议.

In the past decade,great progresses have been made in the construction opening against the existing problems in opening laboratory of local universities.But there are some shortages in the construction and management of opening laboratory owing to the research environment,funds,personnel resources,and equipments.This paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions against these problems.
