摘要
采用微波辅助法提取葡萄皮中的多酚物质,以乙醇为提取剂,通过单因素试验研究各因素对提取葡萄皮多酚的影响,正交优化确定了提取最佳条件.结果表明,其最佳条件是乙醇体积分数为50%,料液比(m:V)1:30,微波功量540W,提取时间3min.
Using microwave-assisted extraction of grape skin polyphenols,using Ethanol as extractant,by doing single factor experiment to study the impact caused by various factors on grape skin polyphenols,orthogonal optimization determined the best condition for extraction.It is turned out that the best condition is when the volume fraction of ethanol became 50%,the feed liquid ratio became 1:30,microwave work quantity became 540W,the extracting time was 3 minutes.
