摘要
高等教育改革的进程中,实践育人工作越来越受到高度的关注.本文从地方高师院校实际出发,对实践育人目标体系、内容体系、保障体系、运行和组织管理体系的构建与完善进行了探讨.
In the progress of higher education reform,practice education work attracted higher attention.This paper discussed the construction and perfection of practice education objective system,content system,security system,operating and managing system from the actual facts of local normal universities.
