网络成瘾学生的心理辅导与干预的个案研究

A Case Study on Psychological Counseling and Intervention to the Internet Addiction Students

大学生网络成瘾是学者研究的热点之一,但目前仍没有有效抑制大学生上网成瘾的治疗方法.该文是笔者对我院一名大学生所进行的为期两年的戒除网瘾的跟踪研究,旨在倡导广大辅导员发挥自身优势,对网瘾学生进行有效的心理辅导和干预,使他们能健康成长成才.

Internet Addiction is one of the heat question for the scholars to study,but there are still no effective approaches to restrict university students' internet addiction.The author of this paper did a two-year follow-up study on one student in Baicheng Normal University on how to get rid of internet addiction,aiming at advocating counselors' role to do an effective psychological guaidance and intervention to the students so as to make them grow and become useful persons healthily.
