农村留守妇女权益保障相关问题及对策思考

Problems Concerning the Guarantee of Rights and Interests for Rural Left-behind Women and Countermeasures

随着改革开放和城市化进程的加快,农村出现了留守妇女群体,由于种种原因,其权益保障中存在的诸多问题,如婚姻不稳定,身体财物易受侵害等。针对这些问题,笔者提出通过提高其文化技能、加大国家政策扶持力度、加强法律宣传、加强社会治安综合治理工作、发展乡镇企业等方面来强化对农村留守妇女权益保障。

With the quick acceleration of reform and opening up and urbanization,there appeared the left-behind women groups in the countryside.For various reasons,the guarantee of rights and interests has a lot of problems,like the marriage is not stable,physical property is easily violated and etc..For these problems,the author of this paper proposed to promote the women's cultural skills,enhance the support from country's policy,reinforce law propaganda,improve the work of all facets of public security,develop township enterprises so that the rights and interests of left-behind women can be guaranteed.
