摘要
医类毕业生的临床技能水平高低在很大程度上代表着高校教学质量的优劣,当前医学生临床技能培养面临很多挑战,应当完善相关医疗法规,构建开放式实验教学体系及创新机制,构建多元化的临床技能训练体系,建立完善的毕业质量监控体系,严把毕业关,确保医类学生培养质量的提升。
The clinical skill level of medical graduates represents the teaching quality of university in the very great degree.The current clinical skills training of medical students face many challenges.We should perfect the related medical regulations,construct the opening experiment teaching system and the innovation mechanism,build a multiple clinical skills training system,establish and improve the graduation quality monitoring system,strict the pass of graduation,in order to ensure and enhance the quality of the training of medical students.
