生产实习是学生就业前的重要实践环节,是学生走上工作岗位的事先演练。通过生产实习提高了学生应用所学理论知识解决实际问题的能力,而实习的成效从某种程度上反映了高校的教学质量。针对岩土工程学科涉及范围广、实践性强等特点,开展以"应用型人才培养"为目的的生产实习具有重要意义。以"广泛了解、重点掌握、深度参与"为宗旨,进行了具有岩土工程学科特色的生产实习改革和实践,为今后更好地展开生产实习提供了参考和建议。

Productive practice is a very important link before students ' employment,and is the aforehand exercise for taking on a job.The ability of solving practical problems applying the learned theory knowledge can be improved by productive practice.Moreover,the result effect of this link reflects to some extent the college education quality.Developing the productive practice for application talents according to the characteristics of geotechnical engineering which is covering a wide field and strong practicality has important significance.The reform and practice of productive practice with geotechnical engineering characteristics is aim to extensive understanding,primary mastery and deep participation.And it providing reference and suggestions for developing preferably the productive practice.
