基于LabVIEW的雌雄蚕茧自动分检机测控系统

摘要 雄蚕茧的蚕丝质量优于雌蚕茧,对雌雄蚕茧进行分检可以得到高品位的生丝。同一品种的雌蚕茧比雄蚕茧的质量要重,利用动态称重的方法,设计出了一种雌雄蚕茧自动分检机。该装置的测控系统以数据采集控制卡为核心,结合LabVIEW技术,实现了对蚕茧质量的动态检测和实时分检。实验结果表明:该测控系统实时性好,检测精度高,具有很好的应用前景。 The quality of male cocoon silk is better than the female cocoon silk,through sorting the cocoons in different gender is an efficient way to get high quality silk.The female cocoon is heavier than male cocoon in the same species.An automatic weighing sorter based on dynamic weighing technology is designed.The Data collection card and LabVIEW technology are used in the measurement and control system and the cocoons can be dynamically measured and sorted in real time.The experimental results indicate that the system has advantage of good real-time and high precision and has good application prospect.
