大学治理场域中的资本、惯习与关系

Capital,Habitués and Relations in University Governance Field

场域是布迪厄社会学理论中的核心概念和基本内容,关系是场域理论的基本假设。大学治理涉及到众多的相关利益主体,充斥着多元利益关系。这为将场域理论引入大学治理问题的研究提供了可行性。基于布迪厄的分析框架,大学治理场域涉及到的资本类型可分为文化资本、经济资本、社会资本和象征性资本,它们基于各自的行为逻辑,即知识、金钱、权力与影响力的惯习,构成多元化的关系网络,围绕着自治、控制、效率、公平、理念、效益等关系形成既相互作用又相互斗争的竞技场域。而大学治理所追求的,正是一种协调关系与利益的"张力结构"与"均衡机制",用以维持高等教育系统发展的整体的动态平衡。

The field is the core term and main content in Pierre Bourdieu's theory.The relation is the basic assumption of field theory.University governance is involved in many stakeholders and diverse relations,which is the premise of the introduction of the field to the university governance.Based on the research framework of field theory,university governance fields are involved in four capital types(cultural capital,economic capital,social capital and symbolic capital),which have their own behavioral logic(the habitués of knowledge,money,power and influence),and constitute a multidimensional network and arena field around the relations of autonomy,control,efficiency,equity,idea and benefit.The pursuit of university governance itself is a kind of 'tension structure' and 'balanced mechanism' for the coordination of power and interests,to maintain the overall development and homeostasis of higher education system.
