Effects of Economic Interest Pattern on the Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship in Contemporary China

经济利益关系是人与人之间最重要的关系。一个社会的人际关系能否和谐,从根本上来说是要看这个社会的经济利益能否公平合理地分配,即经济利益关系能否协调,经济利益格局能否平衡。当代中国贫富分化严重,利益矛盾集中,不平衡的利益格局出现,不同利益集团形成,强势集团影响力增强,弱势集团被边缘化。这些情况都程度不同地影响到人际关系和谐。因此,健全利益调节机制,缩小利益差距,促进社会公平,就成为有效协调各种利益矛盾、促进人际关系和谐进而促进社会和谐的关键。

The relationship of economic interests is the most important one between people.A social harmonious relationship depends on whether the economic interests of the community can be fair and reasonable allocation.There exists serious polarization between the rich and the poor in China,conflicts of contradiction between the interests,and the unbalanced pattern of interests.There are also different interest groups with influences of the strong groups increased,and the weak groups marginalized.All of these effects have influenced the harmonious interpersonal relationships in different degrees.Therefore,it has become the key to effective coordination of the various conflicts of interest,promotion of interpersonal and social harmonious development that we improve mechanism of regulating economic interests,narrow the interest gap,and promote social justice.
