摘要
孔子是积极的"救世论"者,面对春秋末年"礼崩乐坏"、"社视无常奉,君臣无常位"的行政"失序"与"失范"状态,其炙热"济世情怀"和执著的"恋政情结",促使他在借鉴以往德政礼治的经验和教训基础之上,提出并努力践行了正"名"复"礼"思想。他要求为政者内常修为政之德,外恒守治国之"礼",同时把有德有才之士选拔为仕,让他们在领导岗位上充分发挥自己的才能、凭借自己强大的道德感召力量去为政治国。试图通过正"名"复"礼"的途径去厘正君臣、人伦关系,规范为政者的言行、维护社会秩序、恢复西周盛世时的行政伦理秩序,从而达到国家的稳定与社会的和谐。
Confucius is an active pursuer of 'salvation theory'.Facing the state of administration of 'disorder' and 'anomie',such as 'courtesy disintegration and ceremony falling ','the officials to govern the country without fixed salary,and monarch and Minister's position is not fixed',he was impelled to propose and practice hard the thought of curbing 'Name' and recovering 'Li' on the basis of the experience and lessons of benevolent rule.He asked the governor to practice continuously the administrative morality,comply with externally etiquette of governing a country,and select those with both ability and political integrity to govern the country,letting them give full play to their talents in leadership positions.He tried to correct monarch,human relations,to standardize governors' behavior,to maintain social order,and to recovery the administrative ethics order of prosperous Xi-Zhou period by way of curbing the 'Name' and recovering the 'Li'.
