不同正极材料锂离子电池并联性能研究

Study on the parallel connection performance of Li-ion batteries composed of different positive electrode materials

摘要 以实验的形式研究了不同正极材料体系(锰酸锂与三元)的两种电池(22650/2000mAh,18650/1 400mAh)并联充放电性能。实验结果证实,虽然电池各自额定容量差异较大,但在并联充放电过程中其各自单体的电压差异较小。电流差异会随着并联单体的状态有所不同,但并联时均能实现并联单体全部满充满放,且单体间无相互充电的现象发生,单体间通过调整各自电流大小也能实现自我均衡。 In this study,performance of the Li-ion batteries composed of two kinds of positive electrodes(LiMn2O4/LiCoxNiyMn(1-x-y)O2) and connected in parallel was investigated.The initial capacities for the batteries with(LiMn2O4/LiCoxNiyMn(1-x-y)O2) electrodes were 2 000 mAh(22650) and 1 400 mAh(18650),respectively.The results showed that the single cells in each parallel circuit had very little difference in capacity,despite the great difference between the total voltages of different circuits.The difference in the current varied with the conditions of the single cells,however,the cells could be fully charged and discharged when connected in parallel.Moreover,no mutual charging was observed and a self-balance state could be achieved by adjusting the current.
