摘要
考察了温度对合成材料的影响,并对材料进行不同倍率的过充电测试。经过XRD、恒流充放电、循环伏安等测试得出,800℃保温16h时合成的LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2具有稳定的α-NaFeO2层状晶体结构,材料电化学性能最好,最大放电容量为158.9mAh/g(2.4~4.3V),110次循环后,容量保持率为96.69%,显示良好的循环性能。过充电测试结果表明,材料在小倍率循环时具有一定的耐过充性能。过充电时Co4+的出现和材料结构发生变化、阳离子混排严重是引起容量衰减的原因。
The influence of synthesis temperatures on the electrochemical properties of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 was studied.The over-charged properties of the material were also researched.The structure and electrochemical performance of the materials were characterized by XRD,galvanotatic cycling and cyclic voltammetry.LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 had better electrochemical properties calcinated at 800 ℃ for 16 hours.The discharge specific capacity was 158.9 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate was 96.69% after 110 cycles at different rates.The material exhibited good cycling performance.The over-charge results showed that LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 had certain resistance to over-charge at lower rates.The main reasons for capacity fading was the appearance of Co4+ and structure changes in the over-charge process.
