摘要
采用金属粒子在载体上的不同负载顺序制备了甲醇电氧化PtRuPMo12/C催化剂。TEM测试结果显示,PMo12能吸附在PtRu表面并在载体表面均匀分布。循环伏安测试表明,与PtRu/C催化剂相比,PtRu/C-PMo12催化剂具有更高的活性和更负的起始氧化电位。计时电流曲线表明,PtRu/C-PMo12催化剂活性衰减较慢,具有较高的抗CO中毒能力。XPS结果表明,在PtRu/C-PMo12催化剂中,Pt主要以零价态存在。
The PtRuPMo12/C catalysts were prepared by potassium borohydride reduction method,PtRu nano particles and PMo12 were deposited onto the carbon support in different sequences.TEM test showed that PMo12 could form a self-assembled monolayer on the PtRu and the carbon support.Cyclic voltammetry test showed that PtRu/C-PMo12 catalyst had high activity and a low onset oxidation potential.Chronoamperometry test showed that the PtRu/C-PMo12 had a high electrochemical stability and a good CO tolerance.XPS analysis showed that Pt existed mainly in the form of metal in PtRu/C-PMo12 catalyst.
