妊娠妇女是否都应筛查巨细胞病毒感染?
摘要
巨细胞病毒(CMV)是先天性感染最常见的原因,新生儿的病发率约1%。通常母亲感染CMV后垂直传播给胎儿的风险约为30%～40%。因此,对疑似CMV感染的孕妇有必要评估胎儿感染的风险,以便给父母提供恰当的咨询指导。本文综述了目前已发表的文献和推荐的诊疗方案,以便有助于明确妊娠妇女是否都应筛查巨细胞病毒感染。
