摘要
为深入挖掘邢钢节能潜力,以e-p分析法为理论基础,建立了适合邢钢的能耗瓶颈诊断模型。应用能耗瓶颈诊断模型,通过分解吨钢综合能耗为能耗强度与产品结构系数,分析了总生产流程、各生产区域和各工序的能耗瓶颈,确定了影响吨钢综合能耗的因素,指出了下一步邢钢的节能工作方向。
In order to explore the potential of the energy saving,basing the e-p method,the diagnostic model about energy consumption bottleneck was established.Applying the diagnostic model into the Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp.,Ltd.,the energy consumption of crude steel was decomposed including the strength of energy consumption and product fabric.Through analysing of energy consumption bottleneck about the main production flow,all production department and all unit process,the influencing factor of energy consumption of crude steel was defined,and the direction of energy-saving work was pointed out.
