本文在高校预算管理工作重要性的基础上,阐明了高校预算绩效管理工作实施的具体措施和方法,提出把绩效评价与预算管理紧密结合起来,从而实现对预算编制、执行、分析、监督全过程的管理,提高财政资金的使用效益。

In the view of the importance of university budget management,the concrete scheme and method of university budget performance management are proposed in this paper.Through the combination of performance evaluation and budget management,the entire management of budget establishing performing,analyzing and monitoring is achieved,which would improve the efficiency of the finance funds usage.
